L McFadden Brand Official is a boutique organization that assists small- or medium-sized organizations and nonprofits with various Human Resources management and development issues. The organization also offers academic support for colleges and universities. 

 Our  Chief Experience Officer, LaTeri McFadden, Ph.D., has worked in Human Resources for over fifteen years. Her areas of expertise are benefits administration, leave management, and employee relations, but she has collaborated with most areas under the HR umbrella.
